Welcome to BetMGM UK. These terms and conditions govern your use of our website, our BetMGM app, and every product we offer, including our sportsbook, online casino and live casino. By creating an account, logging in through BetMGM login, or using the Bet MGM app on desktop, iOS or Android, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you must not use our services.

Deposits and Payment Methods

We accept deposits in GBP only. Our minimum deposit is £10, or £5 when using a debit card. We accept VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay and bank transfer. We do not accept credit cards, including credit cards funding a digital wallet. When you make your first successful deposit with a payment method, we automatically add it to your account for future use. The first name and surname on any payment method must match your verified account name; we do not permit third-party or business payment methods. We do not charge any deposit fees.

Withdrawals, Limits and Processing Times

Our minimum withdrawal amount is £10, though our customer support team can process smaller amounts on request, and a processing fee may apply. We offer withdrawals via VISA, MasterCard, PayPal, Apple Pay, wire transfer to a UK bank account, and Direct Bank Transfer to non-UK accounts held in your name. We do not offer cheques, and we never pay winnings to a third-party payment method.

Each payment method carries its own limits: bank transfer up to £35,000, most other methods up to £8,000, and PayPal between £10 and £4,000. Our maximum sports betting payout is £250,000 per bet, and non-depositing players are capped at £50 in total winnings and withdrawals. Best Odds Guaranteed winnings are capped at £10,000 per day, Golden Acca boosts at £250,000, and Golden Silks boosts at £1,000.

Once approved, withdrawals typically arrive within 1-3 business days, though timing depends on the method: debit cards from around 15 minutes up to 5 business days, Apple Pay around 2 hours, PayPal and e-wallets 24-48 hours, and bank transfer 24-72 hours. We charge no withdrawal fees ourselves, although your bank or payment provider may. Payments will appear on your statement as BetMGM or LeoVegas. Withdrawals cannot be cancelled once requested, and we may delay a payout while we complete internal verification checks or investigate any error, malfunction or prohibited practice.
